Is a domain included?
Current products do not state that domain registration is included. Art Tree can manage DNS and coordinate connection; registration or transfer is quoted case by case.
Can you migrate my current website?
Yes, after reviewing site size, stack and complexity. Migration is not automatic or guaranteed before review.
Is this suitable for online stores?
The WordPress Business plan targets WordPress sites and smaller stores, but final resources depend on the approved production environment and store size.
Are backups and SSL included?
Yes. Current products include SSL and backups. Scheduling and retention details depend on the approved hosting platform.
Can I manage hosting from my account?
Yes. The client workspace includes a hosting area alongside invoices, tickets and related files.
